Our PTA brings staff, parents and children together to raise much needed funds that make a real difference to our childrens time at Hogarth.

Who we are

Our committee members are elected at the AGM and meet regularly to plan and organise events, with the much needed help of all parents and teachers.

Our class representatives are elected at the AGM and support the committee members in organising events, promoting events & communicating with parents.

What we fund

PTA funds are spent on the 'extras' that are not provided by the schools budget, thus making our children's learning experiences more fulfilling and exciting. Decisions on how to spend the money are agreed at committee meetings based on the school's wish list and suggestions from parents and children.

Recently we have funded - Playground equipment and toys for break times, shelters for the playground, Year 6 hoodies, reception book bags and resources to support the children's learning.

How you can help?

• Offering to help at or prepare for an event
• Suggesting fundraising ideas
• Donating items for sale, such as good condition books & toys & second hand uniform
• Asking friends/family/contacts if they can help donate time/money/raffle prizes
